These are the questionnaires that need to be completed prior to your health coaching appointment. For our long distance clients they need to be mailed in with your hair sample for your initial appointment. They are not designed to diagnose, they are designed to reflect where the body is stressed and what it is looking for in order to heal and repair.
For over 25 years we have been connecting people to quality resources and products that will help them on their health journey. We are proud of the quality of products and services that we recommend and encourage you to take advantage of these recommendations and referrals. As we discover great resources we add them to the list and on the other hand we occasionally remove a recommendation and remove those venders from the list. We all know we need to eat healthy throughout the day, but not knowing where to start, we opt out by skipping breakfast, eating fast food, and eating the wrong foods at night. Cheryl’s recipes specialize in being easy and tasty for those just starting their health journey while new and fun for those who have been eating healthy for a long time. Most recipes have the option to be gluten free, sugar free, and dairy free. Just gazing at the pictures will tantalize your taste buds and give you the desire to create healthy food that you, your family and your friends can enjoy.
