I know this cycle all too well – for years chocolate was my addiction of choice! Chocolate understood my challenges and my sense of being empty. The thought of leaving behind chocolate as I pursued health was ‘offensive’. But now there is good news! Over the years I have come to learn that health and chocolate can work well together.
