Yes, it has gone through permutations, and undoubtedly there will be more in the future – that’s the nature of the human race. Knowing how to keep your immune system strong and be proactive becomes the key.
Your stress bucket determines your margin for health and how your body responds to challenges. Your brainstem/cerebellum has one primary job – to keep you safe. Twenty fours a day it is looking for possible threats to your safety, which in turn fill up your stress bucket. The more perceived “unsafe data” that is going into you brain, the fuller your stress bucket becomes and the more your health will be challenged.
The higher your perceived level of stress and fear, the more you are risk for every disease!

Yes, it is wise to get educated, know your options and make decisions. Fear-based media does not do that. It fills up your stress-bucket and leaves you vulnerable to many health challenges!
