Do you ever just have that ‘puffy/bloated’ feeling?  Well it hit me the other day and I decided to create a solution! This drink works wonders for me – I combine it with a light eating or fasting day.

  • 1 c. mixed (organic) berries
  • ½ c. fresh or organic apple juice
  • ½ c. alternative milk (coconut, almond or hemp)
  • 2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. organic greens

Mix all in blender and enjoy!

Notes:

  • I use half blueberries and blackberries. Blueberries were frozen so that added a bit of ‘ice’.
  • I use spinach for my greens, but baby kale would also work
